Get ready for a wheel-spinning, pedal-pushing extravaganza as the Belgian real estate sector gears up for the first-ever Real Estate Cycling Championship! In this unique and fun-filled event, the movers and shakers of the property market trade their laptops for bicycles, turning the race-circuit of Zolder into a vibrant racecourse where the only property they're chasing is the finish line.
Imagine real estate agents, architects, and property developers donning their personalized cycling jerseys, adorned with the logos of their companies. The starting line buzzes with excitement as participants exchange friendly banter and trade market insights before the race begins. It's a fantastic blend of business networking and healthy competition.
Each racing team contains 3 people working in a real estate related firm. After the starting shot, there will be 2.5 hours of cycling, stomping, sniffling, puffing, pushing and laughing on the Zolder circuit. It’s the third team-member that counts.
At the finish line, the 3 victorious teams - men, women and mixed - not only claim bragging rights but also a coveted trophy, perhaps shaped like a charming miniature house on two wheels. The Real Estate Cycling Championship becomes more than just a race; it becomes a symbol of unity, healthy competition, and the vibrant spirit that defines the Belgian real estate sector.
In the end, this imaginative and entertaining event not only promotes a healthy lifestyle within the real estate community but also injects a dose of fun into an industry known for its serious business. The Real Estate Cycling Championship in Belgium transforms the mundane into the extraordinary, proving that even in the fast-paced world of property transactions, there's always room for a bit of cycling joy.
Whether you’re an experienced biker or just looking to try something new, BC Real Estate is an event that you won’t want to miss. So gather your colleagues, pump up those tires, lube your chain, and get ready to experience a fun and challenging team-building event that you’ll never forget.
Good cause
The good cause, known as Felix500, is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children affected by Krabbe disease and other serious illnesses, along with supporting the organizations and caregivers who assist them.
After experiencing the challenges of Krabbe disease with their son Felix, the founders were inspired to create lasting change. Through an annual cycling event, they aim to raise funds for projects supporting palliative care for children and their families.
One such project, KITES, provides specialized care for seriously ill children and their families, bridging the gap between hospital and home. Additionally, Felix500 supports research initiatives, such as the End-of-Life Care research group, focused on improving the quality of life and care for children with serious illnesses and their families.
